Global Links’ ongoing program in Bolivia was developed to support the Bolivian government's plan to facilitate healthcare and rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities as well as increase access to high-quality healthcare services in rural communities in the Amazonian, Andean, and Altiplano regions.

Strengthen 47 healthcare institutions throughout the Amazonian and Andean regions to support Bolivia's government plan to prioritize access and care for people with disabilities.

 MATERNAL & INFANT HEALTH
Support efforts to reduce the current mortality rate: 30 deaths (per 1,000 live births)

 MOBILITY & DISABILITY
Provide 288 walkers, 300 crutches, 20 wheelchairs, and physical therapy equipment in 2017 to support Bolivia's government plan to prioritize access and care for people with disabilities.
