In addition to ongoing medical aid programs, Global Links works with individuals and organizations to provide medical aid where it is most needed.

Global Links provides supplies for people in the Pittsburgh area making service trips to institutions in developing countries. Click here to download a service trip request form. (18 KB)

Global Links also partners with other organizations, providing expertise in gathering equipment and putting together 40-foot sea containers of medical aid. These partner organizations raise funds for shipping and establish contacts in the destination country to facilitate delivery of the equipment.

Groups interested in working with Global Links on a special project can raise money to Sponsor a Container or, if there is an institution in a developing country with which they are already familiar, they can contact Global Links to discuss procedures and shipping costs. Shipping costs are generally $15,000.
