Donating medical supplies
Individuals can drop off good quality homecare supplies (walkers, wheelchairs, unused syringes, needles, bandages, etc) to the Global Links offices at 4809 Penn Avenue, 2nd floor (Bloomfield ) during regular business hours. Due to staffing constraints, Global Links cannot pick up donations of supplies from individuals. For more information about what Global Links can accept, please contact Angela Garcia at agarcia@globallinks.org or 412-361-3424 ext. 201 for more information.
Donating non-medical supplies
To keep costs low and dedicate more funds to overseas programs, Global Links requests donations of certain items to be used by warehouse staff to refurbish and repair furnishings, and by office staff to enhance productivity. For a current list of office/warehouse items needed, click here.
Special projects or collections for individuals or groups
Recipient institutions overseas often ask for items that we do not receive through our regular recovery programs. These items include things such as baby care supplies, crutches, wheelchairs, fans, medical hygiene supplies, etc.
You can help Global Links meet these special needs by donating or organizing a collection of the following types of materials. If you need more information, contact Angela Garcia at agarcia@globallinks.org or 412-361-3424, ext. 201.
